ESS Basic Package

For facility managers who have the in-house resources and skills to manage a number of their essential services, we can simply conduct an annual audit, checking your fire alarm detection systems and equipment to ensure that your facility is compliant. We can also arrange any additional maintenance that may have been overlooked or that may now be required, such as testing, recharging your portable fire extinguishers 3 and 5 yearly.

ESS Photographic Package

This is our intermediate package in which we conduct an annual written report and provide photographic evidence of works needing to be undertaken. In addition we can provide routine quarterly essential safety measure audits and inspections to ensure all your preventative maintenance requirements are fulfilled. This helps in avoiding any of those stressful last minute issues prior to Annual Certification as well as ensuring ESM compliance every time.

ESS Comprehensive Package

ESS has identified that many clients require a comprehensive essential services package, above and beyond checks on fire alarm systems and portable fire extinguishers. In conjunction with qualified technicians, we have developed a system that complies with all regulatory requirements and provides more than adequate documentation, including reports and photographs which can be accessed immediately. This monthly service can be easily integrated into an existing ESS system and offers our clients compliance and reassurance in all aspects of essential services.

Building Life Cycle Package

This includes all the features of the ESS comprehensive package along with a ten year maintenance plan and condition report. The Life Cycle package includes a development plan and an annual program, including budgeting and cash flow. Maintenance plans form part of a total asset management strategy. Total asset management is aimed at improving value for money from privately owned assets. Good management of assets includes effective conservation planning aimed at retaining value as well as effective maintenance programs.
